If you already have a 12V (50W) solar panel (the open circuit voltage of your solar panel cannot exceed 25 volts) from another brand, you can most likely still use it with the Voyager Go but you may need an adapter cable if you do not have an Anderson PP 15/45 or DC barrel connector.

It is not recommended to use a solar panel larger than 50W.

It depends on the type of solar panel. Coleman portable folding solar panels may produce energy even in cloudy conditions, depending on the total amount of available light. If a Coleman Solar Panel is placed in shade or is used in cloudy conditions, it may take significantly longer to charge your Voyager. Never attempt to open the Voyager as it contains no user-serviceable parts and will void your warranty if opened. Use the Voyager in a ventilated area and ensure adequate clearance for the ventilation grills. Avoid using the Voyager in moist conditions to avoid the risk of electric shock.

To maintain your Voyager, clean the surface of the unit with a soft sponge or cloth using mild, non-abrasive cleaning detergent.
