The intelligent power display shows the remaining battery charge and the time to empty/full. It helps you monitor the power usage and plan your charging and discharging accordingly. The time to empty shown on the display is based on the current power draw of all the devices connected to the Voyager Go. The time to empty varies as the power draw varies. If the input power (charging the Voyager) is greater than the output power (used to power your items), the LCD screen will show the “Time to Full” message. If the input power is less than the output power, the screen will show the “Time to Empty” message. The LCD screen can be turned off by pressing the display button. Refer to user manual for full LCD screen details diagram.

Yes, you can charge the Voyager Pro while using it to power your devices.

Each type of power output port (AC, USB, 12V) has its own on/off switch located directly above the ports. The LED on the button indicates when the port is on ON/OFF. When ports are turned ON (LED illuminated), the Voyager Pro’s internal power management systems are activated, and the Intelligent LCD will display the amount of battery power that is being consumed (even if no devices are connected). To save energy when not in use, turn off the power output ports.

If your Voyager is fully discharged, the intelligent LCD screen will be completely dark. This screen will illuminate as soon as the Voyager is connected to power, letting you know that the unit is charging, and will continually display the growing charge level.

Yes, you can keep the Voyager Pro Battery Generator plugged into your AC outlet for maintenance charging. The internal charger is designed to optimize power without overcharging the battery.

The Voyager Pro features top-tier, long-lasting LG lithium battery cells that hold a charge for months and can be recharged hundreds of times. Even with frequent weekly use, your Voyager Pro will be a reliable source of power for up to 10 years.

UPS mode stands for Uninterruptible Power Supply mode. In this mode, the Voyager Pro will continue to supply power to your devices when the input power source (AC or solar panel) is interrupted.

The Voyager Pro battery generator can automatically turn on when you lose power to keep your devices going. Simply connect the Voyager Pro to an AC outlet, then plug your devices into it and turn on the corresponding outputs by holding the button for 3 seconds, the port LED will blink. The Voyager Pro will stay fully charged and when you experience a power outage, the Voyager Pro will automatically engage the long-lasting lithium battery power to continue powering your devices.

To conserve power, each output is designed to automatically turn off if there is less than 10W-AC or 100mA-USB/12V power output for more than five hours. However, you can turn off this power save feature by simply pressing and holding the corresponding On/Off button (AC/USB/12V) for 3 seconds. e power save mode works independently for each type of output port (AC, USB, 12V). For more detailed instructions on how to turn on UPS/Power Save Off mode, please refer to the “UPS” or “Power Save Off” Mode section in the user manual.

Turn on the outputs by pressing the power button located on the front panel of the Voyager Pro. It may take up to 3 seconds before power is delivered to your device.

The Voyager Pro operates in the temperature range of -10° to 45° C / 14° to 113° F.

Move the Voyager to a cooler or warmer location as needed.

Remove some of the connected items to lower the total draw on the Voyager.

Connect to power source and recharge the Voyager, then resume normal operation once battery is sufficiently charged.

The Voyager Pro power save mode automatically turns off the Voyager Pro if it does not detect a device connected for 5 hours. This power save mode feature prevents draining the battery when the Voyager Pro is left on and not in use. However, some devices that draw low amounts of power may not be detected and cause the Voyager Pro to shut down after 5 hours. To turn off the power save mode, simply press and hold the power button located above the output ports to go into power save off mode. The LED flashes indicating that the power save mode has been turned off. Pressing the power button again to turn the port off cancels the power save override mode. The power save mode works independently for each type of output port (AC, USB, 12V), so the power save mode can be turned off for each type of output port separately (as described above).
